- Finke Road (between Alice Springs and Oodnadatta)
Western Australia
- Kimberley region: Gibb River Road
- Kimberley region: the Bungle Bungles
- Gunbarrel Highway
- Tanami Track
South Australia
- Simpson Desert
- Strzelecki Track
- Birdsville Track
- Gunbarrel Highway
- Oodnadatta Track
- Finke Road (between Oodnadatta and Alice Springs)
Queensland
- Simpson Desert
- Cape York - not permitted between December to May
- Burke Development Road from Chillagoe to Normanton
- Savannah Way from Normanton to Borroloola
Prohibited 4WD areas
Vehicles are not permitted on the following tracks and the customer is responsible for all damage if taking a 4WD vehicle on these roads. We enforce these rules for your safety and to ensure the availability of our vehicles for future customers.

- Ghan Heritage Road, from Titjikala to Finke
Western Australia
- Canning Stock Route
- Old Gunbarrel Highway
Queensland
- Fraser Island
- Old Telegraph Track section of the road to Cape York
